HOW MUCH ADVANCE NOTICE IS NEEDED TO ORDER A CAKE?
Grandma's Cakes KC, LLC requires at least 4 weeks advanced notice to order a Custom cake. A Rush Fee will be required for cakes ordered within less than 4 weeks’ notice. Full payment is required 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the pick-up/delivery date.
If your order is placed less than 4 weeks from the pick-Up/delivery date, you are required to pay full payment upon placing your order plus a Rush Fee. (to be determined by Grandma's Cakes KC, LLC depending on the size if the order).

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR CAKES/TREATS?
Since our products are Custom made, prices vary depending on size, flavor, design, delivery fees, rush fees, etc.

DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
Yes, for Custom orders, A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of at least 50% will be due at the time the customer places an order. The customers appointment/pick-up/delivery date will NOT be secured until the deposit has been paid. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

After the deposit has been received, the remaining balance is due 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the pick-up/delivery date. If the remaining balance is not received 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the pick-up/delivery date, your order will be deemed canceled and your deposit will not be refunded, nor will it be applied to any future orders.

Custom orders placed less than 2 weeks prior to the pick-up/delivery date will need to be PAID IN FULL immediately (at the time the order is place) and will also incur a Rush Fee. (To be determined by Grandma's Cakes KC, LLC, depending on the size of the order)​

All orders $100 or less are to be paid in full at the time the customer places the order.

Refunds are permitted to be paid in full, only if Grandma’s Cakes KC, LLC is unable to fulfill the order, due to unfortunate circumstances (Accident, Hospital, Funeral).
​
Any client who cancels within 24 hours of their pick-up/delivery time will NOT have their deposit refunded, nor will it be applied to any future orders.

The physical pick-up address will only be given after full payment has been received.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes, we deliver. Our delivery starts at $25.00, plus $2.50 per mile (one way) from Belton, MO.

Please let us know when you place your order if you will require delivery and the delivery address.

We offer local Pick-up from Belton, MO and delivery for Kansas City and the surrounding areas.
We deliver all of our tiered cakes/wedding cakes, to ensure they arrive at the venue safely.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?
Yes, Nationwide Shipping is available via USPS 2 Day Priority shipping. We only ship our pound cakes and dipped treats (Chocolate Covered Oreos, Dipped Carmel Wrapped Pretzel Rods, Dipped Rice Krispy Treats, Dipped Donuts, Dipped Marshmallows, Cakepops and Cakesicles). Unfortunately we do not ship our layered cakes or cupcakes. All orders are shipped Monday-Friday.

Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States. Grandma's Cakes KC, LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Also, Grandma's Cakes KC, LLC is not responsible for delays due to weather conditions or other causes beyond our control.
HOW DO I PICK-UP A CAKE OR TREATS?
Our Pick-Up address will be sent to you only after full payment has been received. We practice Corona Free Pick-Up. Back your vehicle into our driveway, stay inside your vehicle, call to let us know that you are outside, pop your trunk and someone will come outside and place your cake or treats inside your trunk.
